All vinyl posted to within the UK, is posted Royal Mail 1st class. All vinyl posted to within the EU and Rest of the World, is sent International Air Mail. We will ship within 5 days of receiving your order.
Due to postal/delivery problems. Any deliveries to countries not on the list below must be sent International signed for delivery only and a cost of £5.15 GBP will be added to your shipping cost. Return Policy
Regarding shipping of vinyl records, New Heavy Sounds is not responsible for minor cosmetic damage that may take place during shipping. In particular, corner dings/bends are very difficult to prevent and we cannot issue refunds or replacements. We take extra care in providing extra protection when packing orders but unfortunately, sometimes the postal services involved do not handle the packages with care. Warped, damaged and/or defective vinyl will of course be replaced or refunded, and return postage refunded.
However we do not take responsibility for any items lost in the post.
